Payne Security's enhanced capabilities in personal ID solutions have been underlined by a complex customer application, requiring extensive variable information, for the Council of Registered Gas Installers (CORGI).
In 2006, the brief was to include all the variable information needed for over 110,000 members. The amount of information to be incorporated in the card comprises 127 different fields, resulting in thousands of permutations and Payne Security took on responsibility for printing these onto a single card layout.
The CORGI ID card is issued to every registered operative who is required to carry the card to prove to customers that they are legally allowed to work on their gas appliances.
Each CORGI ID card includes the member's details, their photo and a checklist of categories of work in which theyare competent. Additional variables include a range of new membership schemes at CORGI, having the member's details embossed in Braille and the option to include a company logo.
